Zones, direction, status and confidence.
A plain-English guide to everything you see on the dashboard.
What a zone is
A zone is a price area where buyers (demand) or sellers (supply) have stepped in strongly before. Our proprietary system marks these levels for each pick.
Price often reacts when it returns to a zone, which makes it a level worth watching.
Bounce vs short
Bounce / Long: a demand zone below price, where we watch for price to drop in and bounce up.
Short: a supply zone above price, where we watch for price to rally in and turn down.
Every zone has a life story
Watching: price is away from the zone; the fill bar shows how close it is.
Approaching: price is within a few percent of the zone edge.
In Zone: price is trading between the zone's top and bottom (the card gently pulses).
Reacting: price has touched the zone and moved away, but hasn't yet moved far enough to count as a Hit. These stay on the Active tab.
Hit: after touching, price moved in the expected direction by at least the hit threshold, before any break. The threshold is a flat 5% move from the buy entry (long) or sell entry (short). Every favorable move shows in green, whether it's "▲ Bounced +18%" on a long or "▼ Dropped 12%" on a short, with a small bar comparing the biggest move to where price is now, and a "still running" flag while it keeps extending. Once a zone is a Hit, it stays a Hit.
Broken: a daily close through the far side of the zone before it reached the hit threshold. Broken zones stay on the site, grayed out, with the best move they made before breaking. We never hide losses.
One card per stock, with a price ladder
A stock can have several zones at once. Each card shows a big vertical ladder with every zone on that stock, whatever its status, each tagged (▲ long / ▼ short, plus its state), and a white marker for the current price. Hits glow green and broken zones are crossed out. The tabs just choose which cards appear: a stock shows on a tab if any of its zones fits. Notes and dates are tucked under "details".

Confidence ring and fundamentals grade
Confidence (1–100%): each zone's ring shows how strong the setup looks on the chart. It's set by hand for every zone from a read of the price action.
Fundamentals check: separately, each company gets an A–F grade and 0–100 score from its latest annual SEC filings (growth, margins, debt, free cash flow, liquidity and valuation). Open any stock to see the full checklist and summary. The grade is extra context and doesn't change the confidence ring.
Neither is a guarantee or a true probability. ETFs show N/A for fundamentals.
